Marie Eouzan
Founder and Director of United Search, Marie Eouzan has built a career of more than two decades across luxury, Wines & Spirits, FMCG, retail and international industries, combining strong business insight with deep expertise in talent and leadership. Before founding the firm in 2015, she held marketing roles at Moët Hennessy (LVMH) and later worked in executive search and at Unilever, leading employer branding initiatives for Spain and Europe.
With an international background shaped by experiences in France, Mexico and Spain, she further enriches her trajectory by partnering with leading institutions such as ESADE Business School, IESE Business School, Barcelona Global and APM (Association pour le Progrès du Management).
