In a context of strong growth, a leading luxury Maison was actively building its talent pipeline in product development. Among predominantly experienced profiles, we identified a young, unconventional candidate whose potential and motivation stood out. By supporting and coaching her throughout the process, we helped her step up and ultimately make the difference.

In 2022, within a highly demanding luxury environment, the Maison was looking to enrich its product development capabilities, particularly in leather craft, by opening several roles across its areas of expertise.

• Navigating the request of experienced candidates in a risk-averse hiring environment

Rather than limiting the search to traditional, highly experienced profiles, we broadened the scope across geographies and adjacent environments. This led us to Juliette M., a young professional with an atypical background and early experience in a tannery in the Netherlands.
