In a context of strong growth, a leading luxury Maison was actively building its talent pipeline in product development. The Challenge

In 2022, within a highly demanding luxury environment, the Maison was looking to enrich its product development capabilities, particularly in leather craft, by opening several roles across its areas of expertise.

The Approach

Rather than limiting the search to traditional, highly experienced profiles, we broadened the scope across geographies and adjacent environments. This led us to Juliette M., a young professional with an atypical background and early experience in a tannery in the Netherlands.
